Welcome to the shesreading book blog! It’s nice to meet you! Shesreading was created in June 2021 by Opal. From there, the shesreading book blog was born. My goal with this blog is to recommend books you’ll adore, to share advice, recommendations, guidance and most of all, for it to be a place where readers feel encouraged, joyful and proud of being part of such an amazing community.

Hey! I am Opal, the blogger and content creator at shesreading. I love writing and talking about my favorite books, the books I want to read and don’t have enough time to. I love rainy weather and all types of coffee. I tend to set over ambitious TBR's and participate in many many readathons. I love writing stories as much as I love reading them, and hope to someday publish a book. I also love helping promote unknown authors/books and helping fellow readers find their next favorite read.
