Autumn Book Tag!

Hello readers and happy fall! Where I live it is finally getting chilly and I thought it would be appropriate to do another book tag. It's also been quite a while since I've done one of these so its about time! Today's tag is a bunch of questions that are autumn themed, and I am super excited so let's get into it!

1. What book always reminds you of fall/autumn?

Harry Potter for sure! Especially this cover. I'm not sure why but this book, the movies, just everything, radiates fall vibes. I've also always ended up reading this around the fall months so that might have something to do with it..

2. What is your favorite autumnal book cover?

Ok so, I haven't read this one but it is on my fall TBR! Nevertheless, the cover is gorgeous and makes me think of fall. The under the dust jacket is even more gorgeous which is rare and we love to see it. It might not actually be a fall book but it males me think of that so that's what we're going with.

3. What is your favorite autumnal drink to read with?

Coffee!!! I'll honestly take any kind, iced, hot, latte, whatever. I love coffee so much and I also love reading with it. I personally take mine with creamer, sometimes a lot depending on my mood. However, sometimes I will read with some hot cocoa or apple cider, but mostly coffee.

4. Do you prefer to read late at night or early in the morning?

Late at night! I don't know why, or what it is, but reading at night is just elite. Like, its all quiet and dark, and I'm all cozy in my bed. It's just the best!

5. Halloween is coming! What is your favorite spooky read?

...I honestly have no idea. Unfortunately I haven't read very many spooky reads so far. I honestly wasn't into the horror/thriller genre of anything until a few months ago when I watched Scream for the first time with my friends. I'd probably have to say Ghost Eaters by Clay McLeod Chapman. It was reaaaally good!

6. What is the ultimate comfort read for you?

This book is just so nostalgic for me. I'm not sure why. I've read it 2 or 3 times now and I just love it so much. The movie is also very good!!

7. What is your favorite autumnal reading snack?

Hmmm....probably cookies. Like any cookies. I looove cookies.

8. What is your favorite autumnal candle to burn whilst reading?

Usually something apple or pumpkin is what I go with. They are just so comforting and smell so good.

9. When you’re not reading, what is your favorite autumnal activity?

EASY! Watching spooky/horror or fall movies!! I love fall and horror movies and it's just my favorite thing.

Thanks for reading

Opal
